There are five professional concierges located throughout the Club Level (Sections 203, 224, 229, 251) to assist you with anything you may need on game day. Please contact a concierge, should you have any questions or concerns regarding catering, maintenance, stadium policies or ticket information.

Ravens Game Day Auction on Club Level
Ravens Game Day Auction is a silent auction of exclusive Ravens and non-Ravens items, with bidding closing at halftime. All proceeds go to the Ravens All Community Team Foundation. Game Day Auction will have a table set up by Section 219, where you will find various autographed items and other great collectible pieces that you cannot find anywhere else. Be sure to stop by the table and place a bid: you can take your winning item home at the end of the game!

Club Level Re-Entry Policy Reminder
The Club Level at M&T Bank Stadium is an exclusive area. When leaving the Club Level, a Club Level re-entry pass must be obtained. This pass will be required along with the club game ticket to re-enter the Club Level.
