You Make The Cut

Think you know your Ravens? Now you can prove it! The person who predicts the 53-man roster that most closely resembles the Ravens’ opening day roster could win a trip for two to the 2010 Pro Bowl in Miami, Florida! (Prize includes game tickets, round-trip air-fare from BWI airport and hotel accomodations.)

Here’s how it works:
1. Log on to baltimoreravens.com to view the most current roster and depth chart starting August 10.

2. Tune in to WBAL’s Gerry Sandusky’s preseason television or radio game broadcasts to get inside tips and information that will help you whittle down your choices.

3. Each time there is a change to the roster (signing, cut, injury, etc.), baltimoreravens.com will provide immediate updates to this contest page.

4. Submit your final 53-man roster by 5pm on Friday, September 4th. No late entries will be accepted!

Strategy:
There are at least two strategies you can employ as you compete for the prize. Each person can only enter one roster, so choose wisely:

In the case of a tie, the person who submitted his or her roster earliest will be declared the winner. Therefore, it may be a good strategy to enter your roster as soon as possible.

OR

To make the most well-informed decision, you may want to wait as long as possible to submit your roster. No one can predict injuries, signings or unexpected outstanding play on the field.

Monday, August 24 - Watch/Listen to Ravens vs. Jets Game Broadcast
Saturday, August 29 - Watch/Listen to Ravens at Panthers Broadcast
Tuesday, September 1 - Roster Cut to 75
Thursday, September 3 - Watch/Listen to Ravens at Falcons Game Broadcast
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 - FINAL CONTEST SUBMISSIONS DUE BY 5PM – CONTEST OVER
Saturday, September 5 - Roster Cut to 53
Sunday, September 13 - Winner Announced by WBAL’s Gerry Sandusky at Ravens vs. Chiefs Game

ONE roster entry per person.  Contest open to legal residents of the U.S. who reside in DE, MD, PA, VA, WV, and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of August 10, 2009.
